Business Services Officer

The business services officer is responsible for maintaining the bank's Padgett Business Services franchise and providing clients with business tax and advisory services. This position maintains the bank's commercial client base, assesses clients' business needs and establishes small business relationships.

Portfolio Manager

The portfolio manager is responsible for overall asset management and reporting for a portfolio of loans that supports the development of housing, community facilities, small businesses and faith based institutions. The portfolio manager also supports underwriting and business development in strengthening relationships with clients.

Credit/Portfolio Analyst

The credit/portfolio analyst assists officers with the bank's loan activity. This position develops and analyzes credit information pertaining to C&I and Consumer loans, prepares loan approval memorandums, maintains control over credit requirements and obtains and furnishes information relative to credit inquiries.

 The CDFI Fund is seeking a CDFI manager to oversee the CDFI and Native Initiatives Program. This position will develop policies and manage all aspects of the CDFI and Native Initiatives Program. The manager will also coach, train, and supervise associate program managers and staff.

CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a compliance analyst. The compliance analyst is responsible for monitoring the bank’s activities relating primarily to compliance and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring prepaid card programs, national lending products and tax programs. This position ensures the business and its third parties conduct their operations in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and business requirements.

CDBA member Southern Bancorp seeks a director of public policy to develop and public policy efforts focused on family economic security, community development financial services and other issues that impact economic opportunities in rural America. The director is responsible for researching, writing and disseminating policy papers, posts and briefs in collaboration with policy team and for supervising the staff's policy advocacy activities.

CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a commercial loan officer to interview, assess and analyze prospective loan clients. This position establishes new business loans and deposit prospects, granting new loans according to bank guidelines and establishing the terms under which credit will be granted.

City First Enterprises, the CDFI holding company of CDBA Member City First Bank of D.C., seeks a controller. The controller will perform high-level accounting functions including budget development, oversight, month-end transaction processing, monthly financial report preparation, cash flow planning and outside audit facilitation. This position reports to the president and the executive vice president.

The chief of strategic initiatives is responsible for analyzing the most promising new initiatives in order to enhance TRF's business lines. This position manages a research and development fund to support the initiatives and approval process. This role includes developing and coordinating the requisite financial, talent and stakeholder inputs for a new initiative to succeed while ensuring that all new initiatives match the key themes and assumptions of TRF’s strategic plan.

Credit Analyst

Credit analysts support the business banking and commercial real estate lending teams in the origination and servicing of credit relationships. They are responsible for underwriting all credit requests and analyzing the repayment capacity of customers. Additionally, they support the monitoring of borrower compliance with approved terms.

Portfolio Manager

The portfolio manager is responsible for the administrative management of the specific assigned lending relationships of commercial and SBA loan portfolios. The administrative management of the account includes ensuring that compliance and covenant information is up to date and complete within credit files and ensuring clear communication with the borrower.

Human Resources Manager, 1st VP

The human resources manager will serve as deputy to the chief human resources officer of the bank, supporting employees across all divisions. This role oversees employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation and organizational development. The manager will also provide immediate counseling to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and all HR related inquiries.

Portfolio Manager, AVP

The portfolio manager is responsible for overall asset management and for reviewing loans in a portfolio consisting of commercial real estate, multi family, small business, nonprofit and church loans. The portfolio manager will contribute to the overall lending work plan goals including increasing the loan portfolio and retaining borrowers.

Senior Advisor

The senior advisor provides information, advice and analysis to the CDFI Director. The incumbent will make recommendations concerning CDFI strategy, develop financial policy, produce analysis and write reports. This position also represents the CDFI fund in meetings with other senior Treasury representatives and with other agencies.

Compliance and Certification Officer

The compliance and certification officer is involved in the administration of agency certification programs, monitoring awardees' performance and taking enforcement actions. This position monitors awardees for compliance with CDFI Fund award agreements and federal rules, applying sanctions when appropriate and evaluating applications for certification status.
