The controller will perform high-level accounting functions including budget development, oversight, month-end transaction processing, monthly financial report preparation, cash flow planning and outside audit facilitation. The senior compliance specialist performs a variety of critical monitoring functions related to regulatory consumer protection, the Community Reinvestment Act and fair lending regulations. This position ensures ongoing compliance with established policies, procedures and government regulations.

Finance Specialist

The finance specialist will provide accounting assistance for new or complex transactions across all lines of business, including commercial banking, retail, treasury, credit and loan workout. CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a credit analyst to provide detailed historical, pro-forma and sensitivity analysis and support to loan officers on new and existing commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate and personal loans. This position maintains loan and bank credit file documentation to ensure compliance with bank loan policy and regulatory requirements.

CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a compliance analyst. The compliance analyst is responsible for monitoring the bank’s activities relating primarily to compliance and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring prepaid card programs, national lending products and tax programs. This position ensures the business and its third parties conduct their operations in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and business requirements.

CDBA member Southern Bancorp seeks a director of public policy to develop and public policy efforts focused on family economic security, community development financial services and other issues that impact economic opportunities in rural America. The director is responsible for researching, writing and disseminating policy papers, posts and briefs in collaboration with policy team and for supervising the staff's policy advocacy activities.

Mortgage Account Executive

(Oklahoma City, Okla.)

The mortgage account executive is responsible for coordinating outreach with existing clients and pursuing new clients. This position is also responsible for performing frequent market analysis and using that information to make recommendations on contract provisions. The mortgage account executive maintains active communication with underwriting and customer care team regarding correspondents’ needs and concerns.

Senior Mortgage Underwriter

(Oklahoma City, Okla.)

The senior mortgage underwriter researches and reports on mortgage loans for the retail department, the Native American Home Lending department and the Native American Home Lending department. This position is expected to maintain a working relationship with HUD Native American programs and with Native American Home Lending's wholesale and correspondent clients.

 

CDBA member OneUnited Bank seeks an AVP/senior loan underwriter. This position is responsible for the underwriting of multifamily and commercial loans in accordance with the guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by the bank. The senior loan underwriter will work with a team of lending professionals to originate multi-family and commercial loans for the bank’s portfolio. Additional duties may include support in the loan origination and loan servicing areas to support the lending department.

The chief of strategic initiatives is responsible for analyzing the most promising new initiatives in order to enhance TRF's business lines. This position manages a research and development fund to support the initiatives and approval process. This role includes developing and coordinating the requisite financial, talent and stakeholder inputs for a new initiative to succeed while ensuring that all new initiatives match the key themes and assumptions of TRF’s strategic plan.

The human resources manager will serve as deputy to the chief human resources officer of the bank, supporting employees across all divisions. This role oversees employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation and organizational development. The manager will also provide immediate counseling to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and all HR related inquiries.

Portfolio Manager, AVP

The portfolio manager is responsible for overall asset management and for reviewing loans in a portfolio consisting of commercial real estate, multi family, small business, nonprofit and church loans. The portfolio manager will contribute to the overall lending work plan goals including increasing the loan portfolio and retaining borrowers.
