The chief risk officer is responsible for the enterprise-wide oversight of risk. Credit review, portfolio analysis and outsourced internal audits are also managed through this position. 

 

CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a commercial loan officer. This position is responsible for servicing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial loan accounts of various types. The loan officer is expected to interview, assess and analyze prospective loan clients, establishing new business loans and deposit prospects while granting new loans according to bank guidelines and loan policy.

Portfolio Analyst

The portfolio analyst is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of a portfolio of loan accounts. This position is expected to give periodic presentations to management, including reporting on financial statement analysis, compliance with loan covenants and assessments of credit risk in the portfolio.

Business Banker

The business banker is responsible for generating new loan volume, underwriting, closing and servicing a business banking loan portfolio. Bankers are ultimately responsible for achieving and maintaining a deep understanding of the client, the client’s business, the client’s reputation and their future needs.

Loan Analyst

The loan analyst is responsible for the foreclosure and loan closing functions for an assigned portfolio of accounts within the special assets division. This role oversees all parts of the loan closing process and works with outside vendors and counsel to ensure special assets files are acted upon properly. The loan analyst also assists with due diligence and loan servicing.
