Terri Hendrickson is a native Alabaman and current resident of Cypress Trace, a 40-unit senior living facility in the town of Bay Minette, Alabama. Cypress Trace was financed by The First, A National Banking Association, through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The project has enabled low-income seniors in the Bay Minette area to live in the beautiful new facility for a reduced rate. "It's just so quiet and relaxing here," said Terri. "I can get some clarity -- get a second chance to just come in and get a new start on my life."
