ISD/Information Technology Manager
The ISD/information technology manager leads the day-to-day operations of the I.T. Department. This position works with department heads and senior management to ensure system optimization, maximum availability and enhanced security. This role is responsible for maintaining all core system processes and is key to all projects that involve technology.
The mortgage originator originates permanent FHA/VA and conventional residential mortgage loans and participates in business development activities. Key responsibilities include soliciting residential first mortgages through contacts with realtors, builders, and developers. The mortgage originator will be required to build and retain relationships with realtors, builders and other referral sources.
CDBA member Virginia Community Capital seeks a senior real estate loan officer responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with borrowers and other housing industry participants. The senior loan officer is responsible for business development, credit analysis, underwriting and loan structuring.
CDBA member One PacificCoast Bank seeks a commercial lending relationship manager. As clients' primary contact with the bank, the relationship manager must understand and articulate the mission of One PacificCoast Bank to clients, prospects and community members. This position is responsible for day-to-day client relationships and business development efforts in order to meet individual performance goals and achieve the bank’s growth objectives. The relationship manager reports to the chief lending officer.
CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a credit analyst responsible for analyzing loans and supporting loan officers on commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate and personal loans. This position also maintains loan and bank credit file documentation to ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
CDBA member Native American Bank seeks a loan operations specialist responsible for processing all commercial, agricultural, consumer and construction loan requests, modifications, extensions and renewals. This position books new loans, processes payments and coordinates loan closing while ensuring all necessary documents have been collected and reviewed.

The loan officer is responsible for generating, approving and servicing customer loans while adhering to bank policy and regulations. This position is also responsible for the generation of deposits necessary to fund loans as well as continued involvement in outside activities to promote the bank’s relationship with the community.
The branch manager is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient and effective operations at the Adkins branch. The incumbent will lead branch staff in selling and servicing bank products. The branch manager should also solicit and develop new branch business on an ongoing basis by calling on current and prospective customers in order to generate, approve and service a loan portfolio.
CDBA member ABC Bank seeks a VP compliance officer. This role is responsible for BSA reporting, automating processes, monitoring new regulatory developments and developing procedures. The compliance officer chairs monthly compliance committee meetings and prepares and manages all levels of employee compliance training.
The CDFI Fund is seeking a CDFI manager to oversee the CDFI and Native Initiatives Program. This position will develop policies and manage all aspects of the CDFI and Native Initiatives Program. The manager will also coach, train, and supervise associate program managers and staff.
The CRA investment manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of innovative community development investments and loans in support of community development financial institutions and nonprofit affordable housing developers. Duties include working with community outreach staff to source opportunities as well as underwriting and negotiating investments.
The commercial mortgage credit analyst examines complex non-profits and prepares credit reports including annual relationship reviews and downgrade or impairment memos. This position also assists in the preparation of new credit requests and performs various portfolio management duties.
